About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Monitor the inspection workflow (requests, pending balance, and completed inspections), ensuring conversion and reducing no-shows
Monitor operational KPIs and identify bottlenecks
Analyze failures, rejections, and losses, proposing action plans
Manage the performance of inspection providers and oversee operational handling
Prepare performance reports and presentations
Collaborate with internal teams (IT, Product, and Sales) to drive process improvements
Open and track technical tickets and operational inconsistencies
Ensure process quality and a positive impact on customer experience (NPS)
Recommend continuous improvements aimed at increasing efficiency and reducing churn

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Logistics, Statistics, or related fields
Intermediate Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, and data analysis)
Experience with operational metrics (volume, SLA, productivity, and efficiency)
Experience preparing reports and presentations
Knowledge of operational routines and processes
Analytical and operational skills: ability to analyze data and identify bottlenecks; end-to-end process perspective; strong organization and ability to manage multiple priorities
Behavioral competencies: clear and assertive communication; proactive, solution-oriented mindset; analytical thinking and critical judgment; attention to detail; autonomy and a focus on continuous improvement
