About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Maintain and enhance existing automations and develop new automated solutions using VBA.
Fix defects, optimize performance, and refactor code when necessary.
Ensure operational stability and reduce recurring incidents.
Implement automations using Selenium WebDriver with the Microsoft Edge browser.
Develop integrations with Microsoft Outlook for automated email sending.
Create, maintain, and improve Excel Macros.
Implement robust error and exception handling (e.g., download failures, invalid email addresses, connection loss, data inconsistencies).
Keep clear and up-to-date technical documentation for developed solutions.
Work in an Agile environment, actively participating in ceremonies and iterative deliveries.
Propose architectural and technical improvements to existing automations.
Support the adoption of new tools and technologies when applicable.
Serve as a technical reference for less-experienced team members.
Collaborate with business areas to understand requirements.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Strong experience in VBA development.
Proven experience with Selenium WebDriver using Microsoft Edge.
Experience with automation for sending emails via Microsoft Outlook.
Proficiency in structured error and exception handling.
Experience working in Agile methodologies.
Experience with technical documentation and code organization.
Availability to work remotely for teams based in Londrina (PR) or São Paulo (SP).
Nice to have:
Experience with PowerShell.
Experience with Power Automate.
Experience with RPA tools, such as Kryon.
Experience with enterprise-grade corporate automations.
