About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Design, develop and maintain interactive reports, dashboards, and scorecards in Power BI, using DAX, Power Query, and SQL to deliver accurate, business-relevant analyses.
Use Power Automate to create flows that automate manual tasks, such as automatic email alerts, data entry, and approval processes, improving operational efficiency.
Connect to multiple data sources (SQL, SharePoint, Excel, APIs, Azure), build robust data models and implement row-level security (RLS), ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
Monitor and optimize Power BI reports to ensure performance and scalability, identifying continuous improvement opportunities in the BI environment.
Work directly with business users to gather requirements, document processes and provide training on developed solutions, fostering a data-driven culture across the organization.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems or related fields.
Proven experience in IT development, data analysis, or business intelligence, with a focus on Power BI and Power Automate.
Strong knowledge of Power BI Desktop/Service, including building advanced dashboards and using tools such as DAX, Power Query, and SQL.
Demonstrated experience with ETL processes, data modeling, and integration with various sources such as SQL, SharePoint, Excel, APIs and Azure.
Familiarity with the Microsoft 365 ecosystem (SharePoint, Teams, Dataverse) and Azure services.
Excellent communication skills, strategic mindset and ability to lead technical initiatives and guide teams in dynamic environments.
Fluent spoken English.
