Key responsibilities & impact

Autonomy and Delivery: Work independently on medium-complexity tasks, ensuring quality with minimal supervision.
Development Cycle: Lead requirements gathering, prepare detailed functional specifications, and manage test cycles (unit and integration).
Customizing: Perform full FI module customizing, ensuring adherence to SAP best practices.
Integrated View: Assess impact of changes and actively work on integrations with other modules (MM, SD, CO).
Consultative Approach: Interact with business users strategically, proposing solutions that optimize financial and tax processes.
Multifunctionality: Move fluidly between Project, AMS, and Operations demands, adapting to business priorities.
Mentoring: Provide occasional guidance and direction to more junior team members.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Proven experience in SAP FI (mid-level), working in both support (AMS) and in implementations or improvement projects.
Mastery of core FI configurations (GL, AP, AR, AA, Bank).
Analytical capability for troubleshooting errors and interpreting technical specifications.
Growth Potential: Ambitious profile with the technical competence to evolve into a functional reference or technical lead for the module.
Expertise in at least ONE of the following pillars:
Brazil Location (TaxBra): Configuration of taxes, dynamic exception tables and determination logic.
Tax Area: Deep knowledge of Brazilian tax business rules and filing obligations.
Tax Reform: Familiarity with new tax guidelines and the ability to plan system adaptations.
