About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Act as a functional specialist in the SAP SD module, ensuring adherence to best practices
  • Gather requirements from users and business areas
  • Prepare functional specifications and conduct impact analyses
  • Execute and/or validate customizations (configurations) in SAP SD
  • Handle and resolve medium-complexity incidents and requests with autonomy
  • Actively participate in implementation, improvement and rollout projects
  • Lead and support unit, integration and UAT testing
  • Assess the impact of changes in the SD module and integrations with other modules
  • Interact directly with business users with a consultative approach
  • Ensure SLAs, deadlines and delivery quality are met
  • Document solutions and processes in a structured manner
  • Work cross-functionally on projects, AMS and operations according to priorities
  • Support critical moments such as go-lives, period-end closings and major incidents

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Engineering, Business Administration or related fields
  • Solid experience in SAP SD, with involvement in projects and/or AMS
  • Strong knowledge of Sales and Distribution processes (Order to Cash)
  • Experience in:
  • - Requirements analysis
  • - Preparation of functional specifications
  • - Test execution and support
  • - Customizing the SAP SD module
  • - Integrations with other modules (FI, MM, among others)
  • Ability to work autonomously on medium-complexity tasks
  • Evaluate functional and systemic impacts
  • Experience working across multiple fronts and adapting quickly to changing priorities
  • Clear communication and good relationship with business areas
  • Consultative attitude and sense of responsibility
  • Organization, discipline and focus on quality
  • Proactivity and team collaboration
  • Ability to support and mentor more junior profiles
