About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Responsible for handling tickets and providing first-level support to users, ensuring prompt resolution of incidents and service requests.
- Will register, triage, monitor and escalate tickets, providing remote support in Portuguese and Spanish.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Fluent Spanish
- Prior experience in Service Desk, Technical Support or Help Desk
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Experience with user support and ticketing tools
- Familiarity with Windows, Office 365 and basic hardware and software support
