About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

AI Solution Development: Design and build AI solutions, leveraging generative AI focused on automation and process improvement; when required, design, develop and implement Machine Learning, Deep Learning and other AI algorithms and models using Python.
Full lifecycle management of AI applications and tools: Development, deployment, testing/validation, release and maintenance.
Requirements and stakeholder management: Lead meetings with stakeholders to gather, analyze and document business requirements, translating them into technical specifications for AI projects.
Communication and presentation: Present results, project progress and technical insights clearly and persuasively to diverse audiences, from technical teams to executive leadership.
Cloud ecosystem: Use Microsoft Azure services to build, train and deploy AI solutions at scale.
Quality and best practices: Ensure code quality, model performance and technical documentation of projects, following software development and MLOps best practices.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Proven AI experience: Professional experience building AI solutions; knowledge of RAG, MCP, and Python frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, Agno IA).
API experience: REST APIs, SOAP web services, FastAPI.
Python experience: Extensive experience developing robust solutions in Python, especially with data- and AI-focused libraries.
Data handling: Demonstrated proficiency across the full data analysis pipeline, from collection and cleaning to visualization (e.g., SQL Server, CosmosDB, and others); processing unstructured data (text, audio and image).
Communication skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to lead technical discussions and present projects effectively.
Requirements gathering: Hands-on experience collecting and documenting functional and non-functional requirements with business stakeholders.
Preferred qualifications:
Advanced data analysis: Perform exploratory analysis, preprocessing and feature extraction on large datasets to generate insights and support AI solutions.
Microsoft Azure: Strong experience with Azure data and AI services (e.g., Azure Machine Learning, Azure Databricks, Azure Cognitive Services).
Google BigQuery: Experience querying and working with large datasets using Google BigQuery.
MLOps: Familiarity with MLOps practices, including pipeline automation, model monitoring and versioning of code and data.
Data science experience: Familiarity with Python libraries (e.g., Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch).
