  • Position: Systems Analyst (Senior ERP)
  • Location: Hybrid — Morumbi, São Paulo
  • Employment type: CLT (Brazilian labor contract)

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Responsible for updating system versions in the UAT (homologation) and production environments;
  • Technical support for Senior HCM (G5, G6, G7), EDOCs, eSocial, GlassFish;
  • Strong knowledge of relational databases (Oracle and SQL Server) with expertise in PL/SQL, and maintenance and administration of the system database;
  • Requirements and process documentation gathering and analysis;
  • Planning, coordination and implementation of internal projects;
  • Development/customization of applications, web service integrations, management reports, special rules in LSP, custom screens and business rules in the native language of A-HCM - Senior Sistemas, as well as development of native BPM flows, according to the defined scope and mapping/analysis of business requirements;
  • Data import and extraction for management indicators and/or implementations;
  • Experience with agile development methodologies (Scrum, Kanban);
  • Work on requirements analysis, and mapping of technical and functional processes using both the Senior system methodology and other systems within the organization, proposing process improvements;
  • Professional experience applying agile methodologies and facilitating meetings to achieve project results with quality and agility;
  • Technical and business support to Human Resources and Personnel Department (Payroll and Time & Attendance management);
  • Areas of involvement include Benefits, Organizational Development, Compensation, Recruitment, Vacancy Management, Budgeting, Occupational Safety & Health, and ERP integration. Validation of implemented process flows and homologation (UAT) with stakeholders;
