About the role
- Experience in supporting and evolving infrastructure environments
- Focus on networks, servers and security
- Working in hybrid environments (on-premises and cloud) and distributed environments (multiple sites)
Requirements
- Administration of LAN, WAN and SD-WAN networks
- Management of Fortinet firewalls (FortiGate, VPN and security policies)
- Troubleshooting critical incidents
- Administration of switches, routers, DNS, DHCP and VLANs
- Windows and Linux servers and virtualized environments (VMware/Hyper-V)
- Environment monitoring
- Handling N2/N3 incidents
- Implementation of security improvements
- Support for expansion projects and integration between sites
- Strong knowledge of networking (TCP/IP, routing & switching, VPNs and segmentation)
- Experience with Fortinet firewalls (NSE4 certification or higher is a plus)
- Administration of Windows Server (AD, GPO, DNS)
- Knowledge of Linux and virtualization
- Knowledge of cloud (Azure) is a plus
- Experience working with vendors (carriers, integrators and technology partners)
- Experience in distributed corporate environments
- Familiarity with observability and proactive monitoring
