About the role

  • Technical support for networks and connectivity - specializing in System Center and App-V
  • Support asset maintenance using System Center solutions;
  • Assist in investigation, diagnosis and resolution of incidents and problems;

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent;
  • Minimum of 60 months (five years) of experience in the requested specialty;
  • Possess Microsoft 365 Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate and one of the following: MCTS: Administering and Deploying System Center 2012 Configuration Manager, or Microsoft Certified System Administrator (MCSA) in Core Infrastructure 2016 or higher.
