About the role

  • We are looking for a Senior QA Analyst with an AI focus to advance our test automation efforts 🚀
  • You will work with LLMs, intelligent automation and predictive analysis, embedding quality into business goals within an agile (SAFe) environment.
  • 🔧 Activities
  • Build and evolve AI-driven test automation 🤖
  • Generate test cases using LLMs (GPT, Claude, Gemini)
  • Implement self-healing tests
  • Apply ML for predictive defect analysis 📊
  • Integrate tests into the CI/CD pipeline
  • Create quality dashboards and metrics
  • Participate in SAFe ceremonies and align QA with OKRs

Requirements

  • Extensive experience in QA / SDET with automation
  • Experience with: Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, Appium or Robot
  • API testing (REST / GraphQL)
  • CI/CD (Jenkins, GitHub Actions or Azure DevOps)
  • Experience with microservices
  • Experience applying AI to testing (prompt engineering, LLMs, NLP or ML)
  • Advanced English
  • ⭐ Preferred / Nice-to-have
  • AI testing tools (Testim, Mabl, Applitools, Katalon)
  • AI frameworks (LangChain, CrewAI, AutoGen)
  • Performance testing (k6, JMeter)
  • Certifications (ISTQB, Cloud or AI)
  • Experience with SAFe and OKRs
