Key responsibilities & impact

We are looking for a Senior QA Analyst with an AI focus to advance our test automation efforts 🚀
You will work with LLMs, intelligent automation and predictive analysis, embedding quality into business goals within an agile (SAFe) environment.
🔧 Activities
Build and evolve AI-driven test automation 🤖
Generate test cases using LLMs (GPT, Claude, Gemini)
Implement self-healing tests
Apply ML for predictive defect analysis 📊
Integrate tests into the CI/CD pipeline
Create quality dashboards and metrics
Participate in SAFe ceremonies and align QA with OKRs

Requirements

What you’ll need

Extensive experience in QA / SDET with automation
Experience with: Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, Appium or Robot
API testing (REST / GraphQL)
CI/CD (Jenkins, GitHub Actions or Azure DevOps)
Experience with microservices
Experience applying AI to testing (prompt engineering, LLMs, NLP or ML)
Advanced English
⭐ Preferred / Nice-to-have
AI testing tools (Testim, Mabl, Applitools, Katalon)
AI frameworks (LangChain, CrewAI, AutoGen)
Performance testing (k6, JMeter)
Certifications (ISTQB, Cloud or AI)
Experience with SAFe and OKRs
