About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Plan the execution of services, ensuring organization and efficiency of activities
- Support the scheduling and monitoring of operational activities
- Control and update information in management systems
- Ensure accurate recording and tracking of requests in the system
- Coordinate timelines, resources and service execution
- Assist in the analysis and organization of information to support decision-making
Requirements
What you’ll need- Completed technical education (areas such as Electrical, Mechanical, Electrotechnics, Automation, or related fields)
- Experience in service planning activities
- Knowledge and hands-on experience with SAP
- Planning and control of operational activities
- Organizing schedules and monitoring requests
- Intermediate Excel
- Experience in industrial or large-scale environments
