About the role

  • Design and develop intelligent autonomous agents using frameworks such as LangChain and LangGraph
  • Create complex flows with multiple integrations and tools
  • Implement inter-agent communication and process orchestration
  • Manage the lifecycle of agents and integrations with external tools (MCP Servers)
  • Work with Human-in-the-Loop (HITL) approaches
  • Develop advanced conversational agents with short- and long-term memory, interaction summarization, context tracking and user preference management
  • Build solutions using Google ADK, GCP and tools from the AI ecosystem
  • Integrate agents with enterprise data and cloud services
  • Architect and optimize vector databases / vector stores
  • Work with various LLMs (OpenAI, Gemini, DeepSeek, Cohere)
  • Evaluate models using LLM Evals frameworks
  • Ensure solution quality, performance and reliability
  • Implement advanced RAG techniques: Hybrid Search, Reranking, Corrective RAG (Self-Reflection)
  • Develop intelligent web scraping solutions, document parsing, and API integrations (Requests, FastAPI)
  • Create experiment pipelines, model versioning and deployment workflows
  • Collaborate with business areas to translate requirements into AI solutions
  • Actively participate in technical decisions and the evolution of solutions

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics or a Technology-related field
  • Experience with AI libraries and frameworks such as: Transformers, LangChain / LangGraph, LlamaIndex, Pydantic, scikit-learn
  • Experience with autonomous agent architectures
  • LLM integration experience (OpenAI, Gemini, DeepSeek or similar)
  • Applied NLP experience
  • API integration (Requests, FastAPI)
  • Data handling and processing
  • Database integration
  • Version control with Git/GitHub
  • Software engineering best practices
  • Model deployment to production
  • Prompt engineering
  • Knowledge of vector databases
  • RAG techniques
  • Experience with Google Cloud (especially Vertex AI)
  • Google Cloud certifications (Machine Learning Engineer / Data Engineer) preferred
  • Knowledge of Machine Learning (supervised, unsupervised and reinforcement learning)
  • Experience with MLOps
  • Familiarity with CI/CD and DevOps (Cloud Build, GitLab CI, Terraform)
  • Experience optimizing LLMs (fine-tuning, LoRA, quantization)
  • Experience with conversational AI
  • Experience as a technical reference or technical lead
