About the role

  • Develop and maintain test automation strategies for critical applications
  • Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines, ensuring continuous validation
  • Perform system validation with a focus on quality, performance, and reliability
  • Identify critical scenarios and edge cases that may impact the system
  • Ensure the quality of input and output data (consistency, integrity, and reliability)
  • Execute load and stress tests, analyzing performance and latency
  • Drive continuous improvement of quality processes
  • Proactively identify failures before they impact the end user

Requirements

  • Solid experience as a QA Engineer / Quality Engineer
  • Strong experience with test automation
  • Experience with tools such as Playwright, Python, Robot Framework
  • Experience integrating tests into CI/CD pipelines
  • Experience with performance testing tools: k6, JMeter
  • Experience with data validation and information quality
  • Knowledge or experience in: evaluation of AI systems (RAG), tools such as Ragas or DeepEval, identifying inconsistencies in AI model responses
  • Behavioral competencies: critical and analytical thinking, questioning mindset (constructive skepticism), proactivity in identifying problems, focus on quality and continuous improvement, good communication and collaboration with technical teams
