About the role
- Gather requirements from business areas, ensuring clarity, completeness and traceability of requests.
- Translate business needs into structured functional specifications, including business rules, flows, integrations and acceptance criteria.
- Lead meetings with stakeholders to understand, refine and validate requirements, ensuring alignment between business and technology.
- Lead functional and technical refinement sessions with squads, anticipating risks, dependencies and systemic impacts.
- Map and analyze business processes (AS-IS / TO-BE), identifying bottlenecks, inconsistencies and improvement opportunities.
- Produce functional and technical documentation, such as:
- user stories
- use cases
- process flows
- diagrams
- integration specifications
- Detail integrations between systems, including:
- API contracts
- payloads
- validation rules
- exception flows
- Support the definition and execution of test cases and validation scenarios, ensuring adherence to defined requirements.
- Act as a bridge between business, technology, vendors and regulatory areas, ensuring clear communication and continuous alignment.
- Track the full lifecycle of requests, from conception to deployment, ensuring quality and consistency of deliverables.
- Actively participate in UAT (User Acceptance Testing) phases, supporting validations and necessary adjustments.
- Support incident analysis and functional troubleshooting, identifying root causes and defining solutions.
Requirements
- Solid experience in functional analysis, requirements elicitation and system specification.
- Experience in environments with system integrations and distributed architecture.
- Knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and/or traditional models.
- Experience with structured documentation of requirements and business rules.
- Knowledge of integrations via APIs (REST / SOAP), including tools such as Postman or SoapUI.
- Ability to perform data analysis and troubleshooting, including database queries (SQL).
- Experience working with multiple stakeholders in complex environments.
- Excellent communication, organization and prioritization skills.
- Analytical profile, focused on problem solving and delivery quality.

- Experience in the financial or banking sector.
- Experience with systems such as:
- Pix
- checking/current accounts
- billing
- credit
- acquiring/acquirer services
- Experience with systems or platforms such as Autbank.
- Knowledge of messaging systems (Kafka, queues, events).
- Experience with process modeling (BPMN).
- Experience with functional testing and test automation.
- Knowledge or experience using Artificial Intelligence to support requirements analysis, documentation or productivity.
