About the role

  • Project Management and Support: Lead the lifecycle of PIX integration projects across digital channels (APIs, Mobile and Internet Banking) and ensure operational stability of the system.
  • Regulatory Analysis: Monitor Central Bank (BACEN) regulations, translating legal requirements into technical and functional specifications.
  • Stakeholder Interface: Facilitate communication among Business, IT, Operations and Compliance, reporting status and risks.
  • Quality and Processes: Map operational flows, identify improvements, perform functional testing and oversee validation and acceptance of new developments.
  • Strategic Vision: Support risk mitigation and technical decision-making to ensure transaction excellence.

Requirements

  • Solid Experience: Proven track record in PIX and payment methods projects.
  • Regulatory Mastery: Deep knowledge of Central Bank (BACEN) rules for the payments ecosystem.
  • Technical Background: Experience with RESTful APIs (integration and troubleshooting), SQL (queries/analysis) and log analysis.
  • Methodologies: Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
  • Innovation: Familiarity with AI tools (Gemini, GPT, etc.) to optimize tasks and problem solving.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in IT, Engineering or related fields.
  • Desirable Differentials and Knowledge:
  • Certifications (PMP, Scrum Master, CBAP or PBA).
  • Microservices architecture and messaging systems (Kafka, RabbitMQ).
  • Experience with other banking products: DDA, TED, Boletos, taxes and convênios.
