About the role

  • Execute the agile transformation strategy and implementation roadmap.
  • Ensure timely and appropriate training and guidance for teams, promoting an agile culture.
  • Act as an advisor to executives and leaders, supporting mindset and behavioral change.
  • Monitor transformation progress, collect evidence of impact, and propose continuous adjustments.
  • Remove organizational impediments (cultural barriers, structural and logistical challenges).
  • Lead the development of internal capabilities, fostering autonomy and continuous learning.
  • Support team members in planning, implementation, and continuous improvement (squad level).
  • Work strategically with a focus on critical analysis of operational metrics, promoting data-driven decisions and continuous improvement.
  • Be a reference in coaching and mentoring, using techniques such as co-coaching, powerful questions, and dialogic learning.

Requirements

  • Tools: JIRA, Confluence, ServiceNow, PowerPoint, Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Mandatory certifications: SAFe, CSM, KMP, LPM, certification in Project/Program/Portfolio Management.
  • Desired certifications: Management 3.0, OKR.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience working as an Agile Coach in complex corporate environments.
  • Deep knowledge of scaled agility, organizational transformation, and leadership development.
