About the role

  • Perform troubleshooting with experience in Networks: Firewalls (Fortinet/Palo Alto), Switches (Cisco/Ruckus), and Controllers/APs (Aruba);
  • Printers: Thermal and Laser;
  • Microsoft Windows: error analysis, configurations, and software installations;
  • Responsible for opening technical tickets with vendors for issues that cannot be resolved remotely and for providing remote support to Mercado Libre Distribution Centers;
  • Incident and request management to ensure SLA compliance - Jira ITSM and management of Critical Incidents.

Requirements

  • Preferred / Plus: Certifications: ITIL, Cisco CCNA, Fortinet NSE4, Aruba or equivalent Wireless;
  • Intermediate/Advanced Spanish;
  • Good verbal and written communication, courtesy, empathy, proactivity, agility, teamwork, and a sense of urgency/prioritization;
  • Availability for on-call rotations on weekends and holidays;
  • Familiarity with AI (Artificial Intelligence);
  • Bachelor’s degree in IT (completed);
  • Knowledge of networks and IT infrastructure, Laser and Thermal printers, Windows and Android operating systems;
  • Courses: ITIL, Cisco CCNA, Fortinet NSE 1, 2 and 3, Aruba
