About the role

  • Development, maintenance and support of applications.
  • Implementation and optimization of data load and transformation processes.
  • Creation of queries to support reports and analytical dashboards for decision-making.
  • Analysis and resolution of performance issues in queries and database processes.

Requirements

  • SQL Server: Strong experience with the SQL Server platform and SQL Server Management Studio (SSMS).
  • Advanced T-SQL: Proficiency in creating and optimizing complex queries (SELECT, INSERT, UPDATE, DELETE) and working with views, stored procedures and triggers.
  • Procedures and Functions: Development and maintenance of stored procedures, scalar functions and table-valued functions.
  • ETL (Extract, Transform, Load): Advanced experience with ETL processes, including data integration and transformation.
  • Data Import and Export: Handling files in CSV, XLS, TXT and other standard formats.
  • Data Modeling and DW (Data Warehouse): Knowledge of dimensional modeling (Star Schema and Snowflake Schema) and data warehouse architecture.
  • Performance Tuning: Experience in database tuning, indexing, partitioning and execution plan analysis.
  • BI (Business Intelligence): Experience and conceptual knowledge of BI system architecture and operation.
