About the role

  • Gather, organize, and prioritize requests with business areas and stakeholders, keeping the backlog consistently up to date and well-structured.
  • Serve as product owner, defining the product vision, objectives, and direction for evolution.
  • Write and detail epics, features, and user stories with clear, objective acceptance criteria.
  • Lead agile rituals (refinements, planning sessions, reviews, and alignments), ensuring clarity, predictability, and a focus on value.
  • Ensure team alignment with priorities, roadmap, and deadlines, proactively managing risks, dependencies, and impediments.
  • Work in partnership with UX/UI, Engineering, Data, and stakeholders to support decisions based on data, evidence, and feedback.
  • Contribute to the evolution of processes, governance, and product best practices, supporting the maturity of the management model.
  • Define and maintain OKRs (financial coverage, lead time, non-conformities, SLOs).
  • Govern data quality: pending/alert policies, NF/OS reconciliation (invoices/service orders), and audit trails.
  • Conduct continuous discovery with the Construction Team, FP&A, Controllership, and Operations.
  • Prepare operational readiness: support, internal SLAs, feature flags, and release rollback plans.

Requirements

  • Solid experience working as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or Senior Business Analyst in technology teams.
  • Hands-on experience with agile methodologies (Scrum and/or Kanban) and backlog management (prioritization, refinement, and roadmap).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skills with technical and executive stakeholders.
  • Experience writing functional requirements, including user stories, acceptance criteria, business rules, and flows.
  • Ability to work autonomously, with an ownership mindset and focus on results and business value.
  • Experience in cross-team orchestration to align squads.
  • Value- and risk-oriented; systemic thinking; ability to communicate with the shop floor and executives.
  • Comfortable working in regulated and audited environments; skilled in concise, verifiable documentation (epics, BDDs, DoR/DoD).
