About the role
- Develop and execute automated and manual testing strategies covering functional, regression, UI, performance, security and integration testing;
- Use and apply advanced knowledge in frameworks such as Selenium WebDriver, Cypress, Robot Framework, Playwright, JUnit and PyTest;
- Plan the creation and maintenance of test environments, ensuring continuous integration and adherence to DevOps best practices;
- Analyze test metrics and results, identifying risks and proposing improvements to optimize processes and system quality;
- Provide technical leadership to the team, mentoring and training members in the development and execution of robust test plans;
- Collaborate with development teams and stakeholders to align expectations and ensure the delivery of high-quality solutions;
- Actively participate in agile methodologies (Scrum or Kanban), contributing to continuous improvement of processes and project integrity.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering or related field;
- Solid experience with automated testing frameworks such as Selenium WebDriver, Cypress, Robot Framework, Playwright, JUnit and PyTest;
- Comprehensive knowledge of various types of testing: functional, regression, UI, performance, security and integration;
- Proven experience with agile methodologies, especially Scrum or Kanban;
- Strong soft skills, including proactivity, technical leadership, decision-making ability and excellent communication;
- Ability to work autonomously and lead teams in dynamic, high-pressure environments.
