About the role

  • Act as an agile transformation agent, promoting agile concepts and raising the maturity level of agile teams.
  • Promote the dissemination of Lean and Agile practices through mentoring, facilitation, and coaching.
  • Facilitate the adoption of Scrum and Kanban methods across the organization, ensuring understanding and correct application of the practices.
  • Help establish performance monitoring metrics for services, such as lead time, throughput, and others.
  • Monitor and support product teams in ceremonies related to agile methodologies.
  • Provide day-to-day mentoring to leaders and teams throughout project execution.
  • Collect project metrics and perform analyses on the gathered data.
  • Generate project reports and data for various committees and other organizational units.

Requirements

  • Kanban System Design certification (KSD / KMP1).
  • Kanban Systems Improvement certification (KSI / KMP II).
  • Scrum certification (CSM – Scrum Alliance or PSM I – Scrum.org).
  • Bachelor's degree in Technology or a postgraduate degree in Technology.
  • Agile Coach training (preferred).
  • Knowledge of product management (preferred).
  • Solid understanding of agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban.
  • Ability to facilitate discussions and workshops.
  • Analytical ability for collecting and analyzing metrics.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
