About the role

  • Design, implement and optimize data pipelines on GCP (Dataflow, Pub/Sub).
  • Integrate and manage data stored in Cloud Storage and other sources.
  • Develop and maintain ETL/ELT processes with a focus on performance and scalability.
  • Monitor and continuously improve pipeline performance.
  • Ensure data quality, integrity and validation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Create technical documentation and reports for processes and deliveries.
  • Contribute to best practices, innovation and continuous improvements in data projects.

Requirements

  • Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems or related fields.
  • Solid experience as a Data Engineer with a focus on GCP.
  • Hands-on experience with Dataflow and Pub/Sub.
  • Advanced knowledge of Python.
  • Experience with CI/CD and data pipeline workflows.
  • Experience integrating and managing data in Cloud Storage.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proactive profile with a commitment to continuous learning.
  • Advanced Excel skills.
  • Google Cloud Platform certifications (a plus).
  • Experience with visualization tools such as Looker (a plus).
  • Knowledge of DevOps practices and automation (a plus).
  • Advanced English (a plus).
