About the role
- Conduct quality audits of tickets and processes performed by support analysts
- Record evidence and provide quality feedback
- Send feedback via email based on the audits performed
- Monitor metrics and prepare weekly and monthly reports
- Identify opportunities for improvement and support the creation of action plans
- Support onboarding and refresher training for new agents
- Update and create content in the Knowledge Base (KCS)
- Collaborate on quality- and process-related initiatives
