About the role
- Work on the maintenance and support of critical business systems, ensuring stability, operational continuity and data integrity;
- Perform technical analysis of incidents and requests, identifying failures, aborts and inconsistencies in automated processes;
- Investigate issues through data analysis in Oracle database (PL/SQL), validate information and provide technical support to identify root causes;
- Analyze processing logs and integration files in Unix and Windows environments using remote access via SSH;
- Monitor and support processes orchestrated by scheduling tools (e.g., Autosys), including jobs with multiple dependencies and high execution volumes;
- Apply workarounds and operational adjustments to minimize business impact;
- Work on critical processes such as customer onboarding, credit planning and distribution, card issuance and registration, integration with digital wallets, merchant activation and reimbursement, financial reconciliations, and daily and monthly closings;
- Support the preparation of operational and management reports, as well as data cleansing and database sanitization;
- Interact with internal teams, specialist areas and vendors, properly routing requests that are not directly the team's responsibility;
- Work in night operations and cycle rollovers, ensuring correct execution of critical closing routines;
- Support multi-country environments (Brazil, Mexico and Chile), respecting the operational and regulatory particularities of each region.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Programmer Analyst, Systems Analyst or Support Analyst;
- Strong knowledge of PL/SQL and Oracle databases, with focus on data analysis, validation and investigation;
- Experience in Unix/Linux and Windows environments, including use of SSH and basic shell commands;
- Experience analyzing logs and integration files;
- Knowledge of automated processes and scheduling tools (e.g., Autosys);
- Basic knowledge of integration via REST APIs, analysis of payloads and JSON-formatted data;
- Experience with Excel for analysis, data cross-checks and operational validations;
- Analytical ability, organization and ability to work under pressure in critical environments;
- Good communication skills to interact with technical teams and business areas;
- Basic knowledge of Spanish.
