About the role

  • Handle incidents and requests related to SAP SD and Tax One.
  • Analyze, diagnose, and resolve issues in sales orders, pricing, deliveries, billing, and issuance of tax documents.
  • Monitor integrations with messaging systems and external systems.
  • Ensure stability of sales and billing processes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree completed or in progress.
  • Proven experience with SAP SD: pricing, billing, orders, shipping, returns.
  • Deep knowledge of SAP Tax One and Brazilian tax legislation.
  • Experience with issuance of NF-e and CT-e and integration with messaging systems.
  • Ability to read ABAP code (basic level).
  • Experience with testing (SIT, UAT) and functional documentation.
  • Desirable: knowledge of SD integrations with FI, MM, and GRC.
