About the role
- Ability to structure prompts clearly, concisely, and strategically to optimize responses generated by AI models.
- Understanding of prompt engineering principles, including context, detailed instructions, examples, and iterative adjustments to ensure accuracy and relevance in interactions.
- Design of conversational flows and user journeys using prompts.
- Knowledge of prompt chaining: breaking complex tasks into multiple sequential prompts.
- Experience creating, testing, and tuning prompts to execute tasks, support service interactions, and deliver solutions within projects and curation.
Requirements
- Experience structuring and organizing knowledge bases (for improved processing and accuracy) for AI consumption.
- Evaluate the quality of responses generated by prompts and continuously refine content.
- Ability to adjust and interpret integrations between these tools.
- Capability to work in hybrid environments and/or environments fully governed by LLMs.
- Knowledge of automation tools (e.g., ERPs, ITSM, CRM).
- Basic knowledge of JavaScript and JSON.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Systems Analysis and Development, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
- Preferred: Postgraduate degree or specialization in Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Solution Architecture, or Statistics.
