About the role
- Support the configuration and customization of ServiceNow modules
- Work on adjustments to forms and ITSM processes
- Create and maintain workflows, forms, and platform configurations
- Independently handle Small (P) tasks
- Assist Senior team members with Medium (M) and Large (G) tasks
- Help with process migration and evolution
- Collaborate with the UI team and Requirements Analysts
- Translate business needs into technical solutions
- Identify and fix issues in existing configurations and workflows
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and catalog expansion
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a degree in IT or a related field (preferred)
- Good knowledge of ITSM (ServiceNow)
- Hands-on experience creating and maintaining forms and workflows
- Familiarity with App Engine and Service Catalog
- Ability to learn continuously and grow technically
