About the role
- Administer and configure Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Entra ID environments.
- Implement security policies, Conditional Access, and compliance (DLP, MPIP).
- Provide Level 2/3 specialized training and support to users.
- Monitor tenant health and optimize solution performance.
- Manage license lifecycle and access permissions.
- Prepare technical documentation, environment topologies, and user guides.
- Support migration projects (on-premises to cloud or tenant-to-tenant).
- Automate routine tasks using scripts or low-code tools.
Requirements
- Proven experience administering Microsoft 365.
- Advanced knowledge of Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, and OneDrive.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Intune (endpoint management) and Autopilot.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID (identity and groups).
- Experience with migration tools (AvePoint, BitTitan, or native Microsoft tools).
- PowerShell skills for Microsoft 365 service administration.
- Analytical skills for resolving complex issues.
- Technical English (reading and writing for opening tickets with Microsoft global support).
