About the role

  • We are looking for a Mid-Level Warehouse Analyst to support logistics processes, returns management, and continuous improvement.
  • If you are hands-on, enjoy solving problems and like working close to operations, this opportunity is for you!
  • Plan and manage return schedules according to established contracts
  • Make adjustments to return protocols in SAP
  • Support the implementation of continuous improvements in the customer returns process
  • Perform system balance movements, traceability analyses, and provide documentation support
  • Align requirements and deadlines with internal stakeholders
  • Monitor performance indicators, deadlines, and process efficiency
  • Interface with areas such as Commercial, Finance, IT, Transportation, and Distribution Center (DC) Operations
  • Support swift resolution of operational discrepancies
  • Return OTR > 90%
  • Zero orders open beyond 180 days

Requirements

  • Technical or higher education in Logistics, Business Administration, Engineering, or related fields
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in logistics/warehouse processes
  • Advanced Excel
  • Knowledge of SAP
  • Experience with data analysis and KPI management
  • Experience creating dashboards in Power BI
  • Intermediate English
  • Results-oriented
  • Proactive and dynamic
  • Hands-on profile with agile problem-solving skills
