About the role

  • Execute Continuous Improvement routines in Transportation, focusing on:
  • Service level
  • Costs
  • Health, Safety and Environment (HSE)

  • Route planning and optimization
  • Delivery tracking

  • Handle direct interactions with carriers and 3PL partners.
  • Support tender (bids) processes and management of outsourced services.
  • Perform operational compliance activities (HSE, quality and risk management).
  • Develop and monitor transportation reports and KPIs.
  • Provide support to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Actively engage in continuous improvement of the Transportation area.
  • Perform operational activities in corporate systems (SAP / OTM).

Requirements

  • Experience in Transportation
  • Knowledge of OTM (Oracle Transportation Management)
  • Experience with Continuous Improvement / Lean Six Sigma
  • Knowledge of routing models
  • Advanced Excel
  • Knowledge of SAP:
  • Queries
  • Master data
  • Troubleshooting and correction of operational issues
  • Proactive, analytical and problem-solving oriented profile
  • Preferred / Nice-to-have
  • Experience with Power BI
  • Knowledge of Power Automate
  • Advanced knowledge of OTM, including:
  • Shipment creation
  • Routing
  • Master data
  • 3D Load Builder system
