About the role

Deliver and replicate technical trainings in English, ensuring clarity, effective teaching, and proper understanding of the material;
Act as a bridge between global content and support teams, adapting communication when necessary;
Support the creation, updating, and organization of training materials (presentations, guides, and supporting content);
Clarify technical and process-related questions during and after training sessions;
Support the standardization of trainings and best practices across teams;
Interact with internal departments to align content and training needs.

Fluent in English, Portuguese and Spanish (spoken and written);
Technical knowledge in IT Support (hardware, software, processes, and user support);
Experience or familiarity with user support / Service Desk;
Knowledge of tools such as ServiceNow (or similar ITSM platforms);
Experience with or aptitude for PowerPoint or other presentation creation tools;
Strong communication and teaching skills; comfortable with public speaking;
Organized, collaborative profile with an interest in people development and training.
