About the role

  • Lead and develop low-code solutions on the Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, SharePoint, and Power BI), from design through delivery.
  • Integrate multiple data sources (Dataverse, SQL Server, SharePoint, APIs), ensuring proper modeling and performance.
  • Lead the team (mentoring, code reviews, task allocation) and support backlog management.
  • Define architecture, standards, ALM, security, and platform governance.
  • Build reports/dashboards in Power BI and automate processes with Power Automate.
  • Document solutions, perform testing, and provide support for deployment and user adoption.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in projects using Power Apps, Power Automate, and SharePoint.
  • Comprehensive experience with the Power Platform (Power BI, Power Apps, SharePoint, Power Automate).
  • Team leadership experience and excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Experience developing low-code solutions integrated with various data sources.
  • Desirable knowledge of SQL and data modeling.
  • Proactive, results-oriented, and committed to continuous improvement.
