About the role
- Develop exporters to expose monitoring metrics;
- Develop services for integration and ticketing of trouble tickets;
- Configure monitoring solutions for collecting metrics and logs;
- Configure monitoring solutions for federation, aggregation, and long-term retention of metrics;
- Develop monitoring dashboards to present metrics in a user-friendly format;
- Research, evaluate, and analyze software for technological solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related fields.
- Knowledge of monitoring and metrics tools, including:
- SNMP
- NetFlow
- Syslog
- Telemetry
- Logstash
- Elasticsearch
- Kibana
- Exporters (OpenMetrics)
- Prometheus
- Thanos
- Cortex
- Grafana
- Experience with agile development processes (Scrum, Kanban);
- Ability to work in a team and strong verbal and written communication skills;
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
