About the role

Act as the guardian of the Scrum framework, ensuring its proper application.
Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies (Daily Stand-up, Sprint Planning, Sprint Review, Sprint Retrospective).
Work closely with the Product Owner to ensure a clear, prioritized, and well-refined backlog.
Monitor agile metrics (velocity, lead time, throughput, burndown) and drive continuous improvement.
Remove operational, technical, and organizational impediments that impact the team.
Support the team in developing self-organization and collaboration practices.
Identify risks, anticipate issues, and propose scalable solutions.
Contribute to the evolution of the organization's agile model (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, etc.).

Proven experience working as a Scrum Master.
Bachelor’s degree in IT or a related field.
Valid Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM I/II, or equivalent).
Proven experience in software development projects using Function Points.
Strong experience facilitating Scrum ceremonies and leading agile rituals.
Experience with agile metrics and tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Trello, or similar.
Excellent communication skills, conflict management, leadership, and ability to influence without authority.
