About the role

Act as the guardian of the Scrum framework, ensuring its correct application.
Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies (Daily, Planning, Review, Retrospective).
Work closely with the Product Owner to ensure a clear, prioritized and refined backlog.
Monitor agile metrics (velocity, lead time, throughput, burndown) and drive continuous improvement.
Remove operational, technical and organizational impediments affecting the team.
Foster an agile culture and lead workshops, trainings and alignment sessions.
Facilitate communication between squads, technical teams and business areas.
Identify risks, anticipate issues and propose scalable solutions.
Contribute to the evolution of the organization’s agile model (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, etc.).

Solid experience working as a Scrum Master.
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology.
Valid Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM I/II or equivalent).
Proven experience in software development projects using Function Points.
Strong experience facilitating Scrum ceremonies and leading agile rituals.
Experience with agile metrics and tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Trello or similar.
Excellent communication, conflict management, leadership and ability to influence without authority.
