About the role
- Architecture Definition: Work on defining and implementing application architecture using principles such as Clean Architecture and modularization, ensuring modular and scalable solutions.
- Technical Leadership and Mentoring: Serve as a technical reference for the team, lead code reviews and mentor less experienced developers, sharing knowledge and best practices.
- Full Software Lifecycle Management: Participate in all development stages, from conception and requirements definition to development, testing, deployment, and monitoring.
- Quality and Performance Assurance: Assess application performance and usability, propose performance improvements and apply robust testing practices, including unit, widget, and integration tests.
- Implementation of Modern Processes: Apply continuous delivery (CI/CD) and DevOps practices to ensure agile, high-quality releases.
- Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with backend teams, designers (UI/UX), and product managers, communicating designs and requirements effectively.
Requirements
- Accredited degree in Information Technology (bachelor’s level) or a related field.
- Hands-on experience developing mobile applications using Flutter and Dart.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
