About the role

  • Manage the creation, modification and removal of user access in the SAP environment, ensuring compliance with internal policies and security best practices;
  • Monitor and periodically review access profiles, ensuring that users have only the permissions necessary for their activities (principle of least privilege);
  • Perform analyses and audits of authorizations in SAP, identifying and remediating potential Segregation of Duties (SoD) risks;
  • Respond to and handle access and permission requests in the SAP system within defined SLAs;
  • Work on the resolution of incidents and issues related to access management, ensuring operational continuity;
  • Collaborate with internal and external audit teams, providing evidence regarding accesses and controls;
  • Participate in SAP module implementation or migration projects, ensuring access configurations are aligned with business needs;
  • Prepare and update technical documentation and manuals related to SAP access management;
  • Propose improvements and optimizations to access management processes.

Requirements

  • Solid experience in access and authorization management in SAP (ECC, S/4HANA or other modules);
  • Knowledge of IT governance, information security and access management best practices;
  • Experience with Segregation of Duties (SoD) analysis and risk mitigation in SAP environments;
  • Familiarity with audit and compliance tools related to SAP access;
  • Ability to identify security gaps and propose effective solutions;
