About the role
- Accounting close for the gross-to-net line and sales incentive amounts
- Manual journal entries to adjust income statement and balance sheet accounts related to sales incentives and discounts/allowances
- Account reconciliation of balance sheet accounts – provisions versus payments of sales incentives
- Reconciliation of customer discounts/allowances recorded versus valid contracts
- Monitoring of outstanding discounts/allowances with the Sales team
- Oversight of the reconciliation process performed by a third-party provider
- Manual calculation of provisions for annual contracts based on signed customer agreements
- Support for the renewal process of annual customer contracts
- Support in updating Power BI dashboards
- Compliance with SOX controls and support for audit activities
Requirements
- Previous experience with reconciliations and journal entries; controller profile with a focus on compliance with internal controls and company policies
