About the role
- Create business requirements and analyze business needs to support one or multiple system changes, and contribute to project planning and testing to be executed in test environments
- Consult business end users to ensure proper integration of functions to meet objectives and define the necessary system improvements to deploy new projects and process enhancements
- Assist with system change processes from requirements through implementation, providing technical knowledge to ensure efficiency
- Work with internal stakeholders to achieve business goals and negotiate with external parties as required
- Make evaluative judgments based on analysis of information in complex and unique situations
- Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating special consideration for the company’s reputation and protecting the bank, its customers and assets; promote compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhere to policy, apply sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices; escalate, manage and report control issues transparently; effectively oversee others’ activities and hold accountable those who fail to meet standards.
Requirements
- Advanced or fluent English
- Relevant previous experience in business analysis
- Proven interpersonal, collaborative, diplomatic, influencing, planning and organizational skills
- Consistently demonstrate clear and concise written and verbal communication
- Proven ability to effectively use analytical, interpretive and complex problem-solving techniques
- Demonstrated ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines with proactivity, determination and flexibility
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
