About the role

  • Generate and qualify business opportunities for Stefanini Data & Analytics solutions, driving growth of the sales pipeline.
  • Work consultatively and with a focus on data, technology and business value, connecting customer needs to AI, Data & Analytics, Hyperautomation, Observability and Integration solutions.
  • Main responsibilities:
  • Conduct proactive (outbound) and reactive (inbound) prospecting for new customers and opportunities for technology solutions.
  • Qualify leads based on company profile, industry, digital maturity and business challenges.
  • Lead consultative conversations, highlighting the differentiators of the solutions (automation, data governance, integration, analytical intelligence).
  • Schedule and prepare qualified meetings for Sales Executives.
  • Work closely with Marketing, Product and Sales to support demand generation strategies.
  • Keep the CRM updated, ensuring the quality of information and effective pipeline management.
  • Monitor market trends and innovations in Data & Analytics, AI and automation.
  • Contribute to reaching targets for generating qualified opportunities (SQLs).

Requirements

  • Education: Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, International Trade, Social Communication, Advertising, Public Relations, Commercial Management or Sales Management.
  • Experience: Background in commercial functions, pre-sales, SDR, B2B sales or consulting (minimum 2 years).
  • Experience prospecting and qualifying leads in the B2B market.
  • Analysis of commercial indicators and sales funnel management.
  • Market research and benchmarking skills.
  • Experience using CRM and sales automation tools.
  • Ability to understand business needs and convert them into commercial opportunities.
  • Basic knowledge of compliance, ethics and data governance.
  • Differentials:
  • Experience with SaaS solutions, technology, Data & Analytics, automation or enterprise systems.
  • Track record in consultative selling and managing complex sales cycles.
