About the role
- Administer and configure Microsoft 365 environments
- Implement security and compliance policies
- Provide training and user support
- Monitor and optimize the performance of Microsoft 365 solutions
- Manage licenses and access permissions
- Prepare technical and procedural documentation
- Support migration and system integration projects
- Analyze and propose improvements to collaboration processes
- Keep up-to-date with Microsoft 365 updates and trends
- Serve as the primary point of contact for Microsoft 365-related incidents and requests
Requirements
- Proven experience administering Microsoft 365
- Advanced knowledge of Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive and Intune
- Familiarity with security and compliance policies
- Ability to deliver training and produce documentation
- Analytical skills and problem-solving ability
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Experience with migration tools such as AvePoint
- Proactive attitude and continuous technology upskilling
- Technical English for reading documentation
- Microsoft certifications (preferred)
- Experience with migration and integration projects (preferred)
