About the role
- User Research and Analysis: Plan and execute research methods such as interviews, usability testing, and metrics analysis to identify users' problems and needs. Translate these insights into effective design solutions.
- Wireframing and Prototyping: Create mid- to high-fidelity wireframes and prototypes using tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD, applying design best practices and heuristic principles.
- Information Architecture and Navigation Flows: Design complex navigation flows and organize information in a logical and intuitive way, ensuring usability and usefulness.
- Interaction and Visual (UI) Design: Work on interaction design and frequently on UI design, ensuring the interface is visually appealing and consistent with the overall product experience.
- Work Methodologies: Integrate design into product development using agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and design processes (Design Thinking, Design Sprint).
Requirements
- Proficiency with design tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD) and research and analysis methodologies.
- Proven experience in wireframing, prototyping, and interaction design.
- Ability to organize information architecture and design intuitive navigation flows.
- Knowledge of visual design that takes the user experience into account.
