About the role
- Perform administrative routines, including managing the collection of invoices and bills through portals, receiving suppliers' invoices and bills, and forwarding them internally for payment according to company processes;
- Review and manage contracts, clauses, expiration dates and adjustments, ensuring documentation control and organization;
- Support the team with administrative activities in the area, ensuring deadlines and processes are met;
- Participate in the purchasing process, including contact with suppliers, approval flows and receipt of invoices/bills;
- Create and update Excel spreadsheets using basic formulas, VLOOKUP and PivotTables;
- Identify issues and proactively propose solutions, supporting continuous improvement of department processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Business Administration or related fields;
- Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook);
- Experience with VLOOKUP, PivotTables and basic formulas;
- Administrative routines: managing collection of invoices/bills through portals, receiving suppliers' invoices/bills and forwarding them internally for payment following payment processes;
- Knowledge of contracts and contractual clauses; control of document expirations and adjustments; support for administrative activities in the area;
- Purchasing process experience (contact with suppliers, approval workflows and receipt of invoices/bills).
