About the role
- Obtain quotes, negotiate, and supply parts for vehicles involved in insurance claims.
- Ensure balance between cost, quality, and lead time in parts acquisitions, and directly manage relationships and performance of referenced repair shops.
- Manage the network of referenced repair shops (registration, evaluation, performance).
- Ensure adherence to deadlines and technical standards at partner workshops.
- Negotiate commercial terms and lead times with parts suppliers.
- Monitor performance indicators (SLA, quality, rework).
- Support the claims and regulation team in resolving critical cases.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Administration, Engineering, Logistics, or related fields.
- Knowledge of auto parts and automotive mechanics/repair.
- Prior experience with repair shops, dealerships, or insurance companies.
- Ability to analyze and verify automotive estimates/quotations.
- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
