About the role

  • Service Desk support, performing triage, logging, analysis and resolution of incidents and requests;
  • Remote support for systems, access, network, hardware and corporate software;
  • Logging and tracking tickets using an ITSM tool;
  • Meeting SLAs and escalating according to priority and criticality;
  • Clear and accessible communication, including providing support in Libras (Brazilian Sign Language) when required;
  • Contributing to continuous improvement of service processes.

Requirements

  • Completed higher education or technical degree in Technology;
  • Experience in Technical Support / Service Desk;
  • Experience with ticketing/ITSM tools;
  • Proficiency in Libras (Brazilian Sign Language) – mandatory.
