About the role
- Service Desk support, performing triage, logging, analysis and resolution of incidents and requests;
- Remote support for systems, access, network, hardware and corporate software;
- Logging and tracking tickets using an ITSM tool;
- Meeting SLAs and escalating according to priority and criticality;
- Clear and accessible communication, including providing support in Libras (Brazilian Sign Language) when required;
- Contributing to continuous improvement of service processes.
Requirements
- Completed higher education or technical degree in Technology;
- Experience in Technical Support / Service Desk;
- Experience with ticketing/ITSM tools;
- Proficiency in Libras (Brazilian Sign Language) – mandatory.
