About the role
- Bachelor's degree in IT or a related field completed, and/or postgraduate degree in IT or a related field with a curriculum exceeding 360 hours.
- Participation in alignment and planning meetings (deadline estimates, risks, expectations and objectives) with technical or business teams.
- Participation in technical or business-focused discussions or demonstrations.
- Proposing and executing actions to meet the quality standards required by the Client.
- Direct and active interface with the Infrastructure team, including clarifying doubts and providing the support necessary for the proper operation of products in production, as well as continuously pursuing process improvements between teams.
- Proposing and executing actions to maintain balance in demand management with the business area, including mapping recurring problems, necessary improvements, known deficiencies, and others.
- Operation of the demand management system, including classification, routing, and tracking of requests.
- Monitoring the homologation (user acceptance testing) and deployment processes for solutions, including execution and monitoring of required technical and operational procedures.
- Maintenance statistics for the product, including critical/blocking incidents that occurred during the period.
- Mapping of problems/solutions that occurred during the period.
- Activities carried out with business areas.
- Relevant incidents related to environments provided by Infrastructure.
