About the role

  • Analyze and interpret performance indicators related to the department's routines;

Requirements

  • Degree in Business Administration, Statistics, Actuarial Science, Data Science, Information Systems or related fields;
  • Proven experience in the insurance sector (housing, residential, automobile or similar);
  • Basic knowledge of Business Intelligence (BI) tools and ease of use with corporate systems and digital platforms;
  • Analytical reasoning and the ability to transform data into relevant business insights;
  • Skill in creating presentations based on structured data;
  • Good interpersonal communication, organizational skills and proactivity.
