About the role
- Provide technical support for SharePoint Online and on-premises environments;
- Maintain relationships with and provide support to users, ensuring efficient, high-quality service;
- Administer, maintain, and monitor SharePoint platforms;
- Assist in the analysis, diagnosis, and resolution of incidents and issues related to network infrastructure integrated with SharePoint;
- Support internal teams to optimize processes and drive continuous service improvement;
- Provide direct user support with a focus on agile and efficient service.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (completed)
- Experience with Windows Server (IIS)
- Knowledge of DNS and networking (preferred)
- Microsoft tools: Proficiency in the Office 365 suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Power Platform, Outlook, Whiteboard, Loop, Sway, OneDrive, Clipchamp, Bookings, Lists, To Do, Teams, Forms, Planner, Copilot, and SharePoint customization.
