About the role
- Manage IT incidents, including coordinating technical teams, communicating with stakeholders, and documenting actions taken
- Analyze incidents to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
- Work with the IT team to develop and implement corrective action plans
- Collaborate with other IT teams to improve resilience and incident response capabilities
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree completed or in progress
- Knowledge of ITIL and incident management methodologies
- Previous experience in incident management
- ITIL 4 Foundation certification or higher (differential)
- Desirable: knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and collaboration tools (Teams, Slack, Jira, Confluence)
